What is an intuitive business coach?
I am a hairstylist turned life coach turned business coach.
People often asked, “Wow Shelley, why all the transitions”?
To be honest it is just my personality. I have always been the kid, the teen, the adult trying new things, doing something next and being curious. In my younger years I didn’t know why was like that. I just thought I was a flake, crazy and unconventional.
It turns out be I was following intuition, my wisdom, my inner intelligence, I just had no idea that is what it was…
Backstory:
I have been a hairstylist for close to two decades. About 8 years ago, I started getting an itch. I was burnt-out, resentful, overwhelmed and not living at my best version. I had an epiphany and I wanted to be a yoga instructor. To be honest this truly where my path in coaching started. I just kept following my intuition even when it didn’t make sense AT ALL!
Many people did + still do think I’m nuts for being so “aloof”
I’m insanely grounded and follow so many rules, more than you know.
Present:
My 8-year journey brought me here, The Intuitive Business Coach. It wasn’t an easy road, and my negative thoughts took the wheel at times.
What is intuition?
It is your true north, your compass and never wrong. It is the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning.
That is right, it is your subconscious part of the brain
Ever heard the phrases:
“Listen to your gut”
"We shall allow our intuition to guide us"
“Trust your instincts”
“You know that feeling in the pit of your stomach? Listen to it”
“Trust your hunches”
Well, those phrases are your intuition, so can you have intuition in business?
Absolutely!
That is why I went down intuitive business road, we are all different humans and we live life very uniquely so why would it be different when it comes to careers and businesses?
It is not any different, the more we connect to our intuition the more our compass will lead us down the correct business and personal path.
YOUR INTUITION IS YOUR SUPERPOWER, Don’t ignore it!
